What this installation stores
By default, this application stores submitted public website URLs, scan results, administrator-created prospect records, monitored-site records, queued business email, suppression records, and security/audit logs. Administrator authentication uses a necessary session cookie.
Public scans
When a visitor submits a website for review, the application stores the URL, technical scan results, the scan timestamp, and rate-limit information. The scanner fetches public web pages only and is designed to reject private or reserved network targets.
Prospect and customer information
Operators may enter business contact information and notes. Use this feature only for lawful business purposes, keep data accurate, and delete data that is no longer needed.
Outbound email can be queued by an administrator. The application maintains a suppression list so unsubscribe requests can be honored. Operators are responsible for configuring truthful sender identity and complying with applicable marketing-email rules.
Cookies and tracking
The base installation does not include advertising or analytics trackers. It uses necessary session storage for security and administration. If you add analytics, advertising, chat, embeds, or other technologies, update this notice and any consent controls to match the actual deployment.
Retention and security
Set a retention schedule appropriate to your business. Protect administrator accounts, keep PHP and the server updated, use HTTPS, configure authenticated business email, and restrict access to backups and the database.
